Cancellation Policy

As a small boutique property, our business relies on maximising occupancy. Due to limited booking lead times, cancellations can often result in vacant rooms. Cancellations made by email more than ten days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. No-shows or non-arrivals will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.
